Seniors Exercising To Look and Feel Better
The Wisconsin Post Crescent has reported that seniors are turning to forms of exercise that are generally associated with younger people. Tai Chi, yoga and pilates are all the rage in the fitness world, and seniors are listening to the call of the exercise DVD and fitness class.
An added benefit is that they are not only feeling better and getting fitter, they are looking younger too!
Imagine being 68 and hearing that you look 50. Now that would be a lift for the day, wouldn’t it?
